2. SchoolBookings.com makes no assurances that your listing will result in interviews and/or appearances and assumes absolutely no liability of any kind for any arrangements that are made as a result of contacts obtained via this site.


3. SchoolBookings.com is in no way responsible for the bookings initiated through contacts on the SchoolBookings.com web site. These bookings and subsequent payments due you and any collections of these payments are your responsibility.


4. If you are representing the person to be listed on SchoolBookings.com, by submitting the agreement you confirm that you are the authorized agent of the person to be listed and have that person's permission to enter into this agreement on his/her behalf.


5. SchoolBookings.com reserves the right to refuse or edit any listing submitted in order to maintain the professional appearance of the web site.
